All in-stock items ship within 48 hours of order payment authorization Monday through Friday.
Shipping Costs
CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
- Orders less than $60: Charged by weight and shipping zone through UPS or USPS.
- Orders of $60 or more: Free standard shipping (excluding Gallons).
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO boxes: Charged by weight and shipping zone through UPS or USPS ground shipping.
International Locations
International Flat Shipping (3-10 Days) $30.00
Note: Shipping charges are assessed at a flat rate however any duties & taxes charges that become due to receive the shipment are the responsibility of the consignee to pay so the shipment can be delivered.

Order Arrival Times
Standard Shipping is usually about 5-7 business days.
(All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday-Friday.
Please note: Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping are also processed Monday-Friday. The shipping estimate above is how swiftly it should be delivered once the order is processed.)
What if the Package is Shipped to the Wrong Address or Shows Delivered Via the Tracking Number?
If the package is shipped to the incorrect address, we have a couple options:
1.If the order has not shipped from our warehouse yet, please email us at info@brittaniesthyme.com or call us at 1-800-672-8952 and we would be more than happy to adjust the address!
2.If the order has already left our warehouse, we sadly cannot re-route or manually adjust the address in any way, shape or form once it has left our warehouse.
3.Once the order is marked as “delivered” by the shipment carrier, our hands are a bit tied. You are more than welcome to contact the shipment carrier to review your options, but once a package has left our warehouse and confirmed delivery, we are very limited in what we can do.
Note: We know sometimes this might be a typo, a glitch, or just a mistake. We completely understand! Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in any way that we can.

As soon as your order ships we’ll send you an email with the details including your tracking number.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we back every product we sell with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on brittaniesthyme.com, simply return it along with the original order confirmation or packing slip to us within 30 days. For buy 1 get 1 50% off promotions, if you return product with higher price, you will get a refund of returned product price MINUS 50% of other product price. For example, if you buy item A at $25 and item B $20 and you get a 50% discount for item B making it $10, and you return product A, you will get a refund of $25-$10 = $15. If you return item B, you will get $10 as refund- ie the amount you paid for it.
If you did not purchase your product from brittaniesthyme.com, please return it to the store you bought it from for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, brittaniesthyme.com does not refund or exchange products that were not purchased through our website.
